Introduction

Welcome to AYNA the good eye. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on our website, and form a legally binding agreement between the user (the customer) and AYNA. By purchasing products from us, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, texts, and related materials associated with the AYNA brand are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights owned by Shira Hornstein (Karlibach). No reproduction, duplication, or use of this content is permitted without written consent.

Product Use and Customer Responsibility

The product is intended for decoration purposes only. It must be installed following the instructions, using screws anchored to the wall with appropriate wall plugs for the specific wall type (concrete, drywall, wood). The responsibility for proper installation lies solely with the customer, and any damage caused by improper installation is at their own risk.

Sales, Payments, and Discounts

The accepted payment methods are Visa or direct bank transfer. Discounts are limited in time, according to specific campaigns, and in the case of returning a discounted item, the refund will be for the amount paid during the sale.

Shipping and Taxes

Shipments are carried out via FedEx and include limited insurance that covers part of the shipment but not the entirety. The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes according to the laws of the country in which they reside.

Returns and Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Returns are only accepted in cases of significant damage to the product’s shape, such as a complete break of the tile. Damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product.

Limited Liability

AYNA is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the product or improper installation. In cases of delays caused by force majeure or lost packages by the shipping company, AYNA is not liable.

Privacy and Data Use

AYNA collects personal information for marketing purposes and to enhance the customer experience. The information will be stored according to our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.

Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify AYNA for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of violating these terms or improper use of the products.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a legal dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction will be granted to the competent courts in Israel. All disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
